If you make a reservation using the above reservation site, your reservation will be confirmed when the reservation completion notice is displayed on the screen. If you pay in advance by credit card, your reservation will be confirmed when the credit card payment is completed.

●Special terms regarding refunds (cancellations)

Due to the nature of accommodation services, we cannot provide refunds after the service has been provided (after your stay).

In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with our hotel regulations.

 

• 14 to 8 days prior: 30% of the accommodation fee

• 7 to 4 days prior: 50% of the accommodation fee

• 3 to 2 days prior: 80% of the accommodation fee

• 1 day prior, on the day of arrival, or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
